When I grow up.. I wannabe a Dr.

brrr.. it’s super-duper ****-ing cold out there.. it’s a cliché really but who cares.. care bears [lame.. lame ma lame.. best dow cartoon die].. both malam ameen and shahid tersangatlah kesejukan.. dan malam ini pun sebegitu rupa.. persistent cold and constant in nature.. oleh itu mari kita sama-sama memikirkan jalan penyelesaian / the management.. so what are the options to keep ourselves warm??

1. let nature takes its course.. layan je lah sejuk tu.. best ape.. lambat laun bila proses adaptasi dah berlaku.. maka secara tidak langsung, sedikit sebanyak kita akan rasa bahang kepanasan.. ada logiknya.. from the practical point of view, not so kot.. bear in mind though, “cold can kill”..

2. pasang lah heater.. straight forward answer.. no rocket science.. then kite boleh continue activity malam seperti study, layan internet, bace blog, bukak facebook, tgk video, tgk movie, tgk series etc2.. blh jgk tgk rembulan serta bintang2 menikmati keindahan alam semesta.. sambil layan jiwang sket.. tanpa kerisauan dan kekusutan melanda jiwa memikirkan kesejukan yang bangat..

3. zezeze.. especially di bawah duvet >15.0 tog +- electric duvet +- fleece.. memang mantap.. x kisah lah kul brape kan.. lagi pun esok dh tgi Friday so ape salahnye berehat awal skit.. melayan mimpi indah lebih lama.. nice.. marvelous..

4. bagi yang sudah mengikat hubungan dan membina masjid (selepas memberi mas kawin dan hantaran yang berpatutan yang dipersetujui kedua belah keluarga tanpa membebankan mana-mana pihak), ada option masa tambahan.. yakni boleh je peluk2 bermesra2.. hugging menghugging.. kalau dlm ym “>:D:<” [blh buat byk2 nnt klua byk2..].. dengan perlakuan yang telah disebutkan itu, ia mungkin akan lead to aktiviti dan pelakuan yang lebih mantap dan panas.. terpulang kepada pasangan masing2.. lagi pun khamis malam jumaat.. nice.. orang kata sangat afdhal (xtau kesahihan nye, boleh betulkan jika x betul).. itulah advantage nye kalau settle pasal mas kawin dan hantaran cepat2.. sweet.. fabulous.. panjang plak option D ni eh..

5. other – please specify..

so terpulang lah kepada para pembaca sekalian.. pilihlah option yang dirasakan paling sesuai dan appropriate.. option penulis ni bukan betul sangat pn.. or kalau ade jawapan tersendiri, boleh lah bulatkan E lantas memberi jawapan anda untuk konsiderasi pihak lain.. x perlu yg complicated sgt nk handle kesejukan dan keheningan malam ni.. tiada tarikh tutup penyertaan.. jawapan sendirian berhad adalah muktamad.. enjoy the rest of the night.. take care lads..

salam...(malam ni -2 darjah celcius beb!)

ok aku terbace satu isu kt blog kawan aku pasal...
kos perkahwinan! haha. bile ingat2 balik, menatang ni aku dah borak kat msia.
mari kita berckp pasal "kos hantaran"

bab hantaran ni bes kalau borak2 ngan pompuan ... ye la sebab pompuan (n her family) yg biasenye tetapkan hantaran ni. diorang bole la bagi 'excuse'. ade sorang kawan aku tu (harap2 die x baca post ni hehe) siap tetapkan rm20k! PERGH! cekik darah! hoi pompuan (dan keluarganya)!..kesian ar kt kami2 jejaka yg xdak duit lagi!

bayangkan, kalau kerja kt msia.. gaji starting rm3000. tolak duit kete, umah, makan, tax, etc2.. ade la tinggal rm1000 utk simpan.. biler nak kahwin beb. tu baru hantaran. belom kenduri kahwin. memang kene buat bank loan utk kahwin.

lain la kalau mamat tu kaya n duit berkepuk dlm bank (...tapi izad?..). Tapi yang aku dapat tau, kalau pompuan tu grad dari luar negara, hantaran mmg kene lebih rm10k. betul ke? ke bende ni ikut culture/family tradition/tahapeape?

so bagi aku pihak pompuan yg tetapkan hantaran mahal2 ni... memang mengugut la. aku bole terima lagi kalau rm10k hehe. laki2 lain cane?

cane pompuan2 di luar sana? rm10k tu biase ke? mahal ke? ke cket je?

obviously x blh lawan chef shahid kat bawah ni.. kite masak biase2 je..

bawangs + chilli powder + serbuk kurma + white pepper + serbuk cumin (pakai jgk mcm chef kt bawah ni) + sos tomato + ayam (15 ketul) + santan + carrot + the white poisons..

i would like to take this opportunity to wish izad iskandar a very happy birthday.. m'sian time 0300 though x tau ko keluar ke muka bumi ni kul brape.. ko pn dh sedar ko makin tua kan.. a year older a year wiser man.. all the best mate.. ermm bile ko nk bgtau rahsia ko tu kat aku..

*part 1*

well i had my mock exam this morning with mor.. i did my 'surgery' attachment in the south infirmary.. there was no vascular surgery there.. then i moved on next to the 'fixed' attachment, doing surgery first, with the colorectal team.. so a total of 9 weeks back to back doing surgery.. with no real experience and exposure to vascular stuff.. nonetheless, mor told me earlier on the 1st day of fixed rotation that she would give me a vascular patient for my mock exam.. so..

while waiting for the ward rounds this morning, 2 of my great colleagues tos and aw fired me with loads of questions.. trying to help me the best that they could.. they really pushed me to the edge like.. and at one stage i told them "this is an honours-question i suppose.. i must be doing very well here.. haha.."

then the girls went for their routine big-T before heading off to the opd.. i went to the library to do some reading..

later at quarter past ten, the people doing their fixed surgey in the bons, ec and aok, joined me for the mock exam.. we were assigned to 3 different patients.. honestly i was a bit nervous although it was only a mock exam.. while exploring the history, i could feel that i was a lil bit sweaty on my back.. however the patient was really friendly and he explained his symptoms very well.. his clinical features were indicative of acute limb ischaemia..

40 minutes later, 3 of us went into a room to present the history.. my presentation was fine and there was definitely room for improvement.. it wasn't that bad but still.. and i blame myself for the lack of practice.. i know i could have done better like.. we went to the bedside and i was asked to do some examination with regards to the upper limb.. overall, i would say my performance was at par and i need to work harder like..
