5 things you need for a Dublin car trip:
1. A car - Driving up and down dublin is way better than paying e17 for a sleezy bus ride. And the feeling of being behind the wheel going 140-160 km/h in the morning darkness is amazing. and becoming the navigator for the journey home is not bad either.
2. ikaraoke + ipod - Nothing beats boredom than listening (and joining) friends singing their hearts out to our favourite songs in mine & aiman's ipod. With the ikaraoke sending FM frequencies to the car radio, other cars can pick it up too.. especially Patricia/david's car behind us!
3. SatNav/GPS- Now, benda ni tak ada pun takpa. Tak berguna pun. But it is fun to laugh about when the gps is confused which road we are on, and it's trying desperately to steer us back to their programmed roads. "Calculating.. calculating... make a right turn at next exit.. turn right and at the next roundabout take 1st exit.. turn now.." ermmm NOT. Suka ati aku la nak gi mana!
4. Food - this is self explainatory. Now, imagine what the reststop was like. Rasanya brapa orang yg kena berhenti reststop? Soalan cepumas ni.
5. FRIENDS - que sound effect "awwwww". This is by far the most important thing to bring to Dublin, or anywhere as a matter of fact. Together we rock dublin.
